Prices 2019

• The room can only be rented for a minimum of two nights.
• The apartment can only be rented for a minimum of seven nights.
• All prices include bedlinen and Vat.
• All prices exclude 7% tourist tax.
  
• The price of the room from € 180 per night.
  
• The price of the apartment from € 250 per night.
  
• For holidays the rates and minimum stay can differ.
  
• We have special rates for long stays.
• Please contact us if you have any special wishes or would like to stay for a longer period.

Cancellation

Late cancellations are a difficult problem for us. Unfortunately we have to charge for these. Our arrangement for a cancellation is as follows: If you cancel more than ten days in advance, we will not charge you anything. If you cancel between ten days and 48 hours before the date of the reservation, we'll charge you 50%. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, or in the case of a no show, we'll charge you the full amount.

N.B. We will not charge you, or charge you less, if we are able to rent the room or studio which was cancelled to someone else for the whole or part of the reserved period.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can mean that you have to cancel your reservation. We therefore advise you to take out travel insurance, including cancellation insurance.
