Prices

• The room and the studios can only be rented for a minimum of two nights.
• All prices include breakfast, bedlinen, tax and VAT
• The price of the room is € 110 per night
• The price of the studio is € 155 per night
  It is possible to lodge two extra persons in the studio, cost per person per night € 40
• For holidays the rates and minimum stay can differ.
• We have special rates for long stays.
• Please contact us if you have any special wishes or would like to stay for a longer period.

The breakfast

Breakfast is served in a buffet on the corridor of the second floor. Here are the ingredients to make yourself a nice breakfast. We strive to maximize the biological and environmental friendly products.

Cancellation

Cancellation Late cancellations are a difficult problem for us. Unfortunately we have to charge for these. Our arrangement for a cancellation is as follows: If you cancel more than ten days in advance, we will not charge you anything. If you cancel between ten days and 48 hours before the date of the reservation, we'll charge you 50%. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, or in the case of a no show, we'll charge you the full amount.

N.B. We will not charge you, or charge you less, if we are able to rent the room or studio which was cancelled to someone else for the whole or part of the reserved period.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can mean that you have to cancel your reservation. We therefore advise you to take out travel insurance, including cancellation insurance.
